CHALLENGES FOR INVESTIGATING ONLINE PROSTITUTION

Cyber crime is a crime with a computer or computer network being a tool, target or place of crime. Included in cyber crimes include online prostitution. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the police's efforts to investigate online prostitution crimes and what are the obstacles and solutions in conducting online prostitution investigations by the police. This paper uses a normative juridical approach in its preparation. the result of the study conducted is that before the police investigators conduct an investigation, an investigation is carried out to find out and confirm the existence of a criminal act of prostitution through social media; after the minutes of the document are completed and declared complete by the public prosecutor, then P21 proceeds. Bibliometric Analysis: Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior

Currently, there is no comprehensive scientific study of financial literacy and behavior. This is due to the presence of no trends in the field of research; instead, many exploratory, conceptual and empirical studies have been carried out. The current study intends to acquire trends by synthesizing different knowledge structures. A scientific search was performed to gather data for financial literacy and financial behavior. After searching Dimensions, a web-based software application created in the R language was used to gather information automatically. This software is part of a package called Bibliometrix, which also includes a web-based application called Biblioshiny. The two are used to find sources, countries, journals, authors, articles and themes. Analysis of social networks and joint quotations are also performed using automated workflows in the software. This study involved collecting data from 417 documents. Initially, this interdisciplinary field focused on the specific aspects of demographics and socio-economic status. However, as time progressed, it expanded to include behavioral aspects and even mental concepts that affected financial behavior. The study also outlines how the field’s intellectual and social ideas combine. This study uses bibliometric analysis to study important subjects. Because of this, future researchers can use its limitations to shape their ideas. Studying the literature through a systematic review will help lead to a more solid understanding of the material. Due to Dimensions' larger scope than journals, current studies utilize the database for science mapping. This information provides important data regarding financial literacy and behaviors. It also highlights the most important issues currently being addressed in the field. This data helps lead to future research projects that focus on new areas. This paper reveals the social and intellectual foundations of a particular academic or scientific field. It also details the collaborations, contexts and key themes that emerge in this particular field. After reading this paper, other researchers can make informed decisions about financial education and financial literacy policies. A large amount of work from different fields have been done across the country. This includes work from psychology, finance, economics and other fields. Pendampingan Pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Quantum Teaching pada Tenaga Pendidik

The quality of education depends on the quality of the learning process, for this reason an appropriate learning model is needed. This study aims to overcome the problem of low student scores caused by the lack of effectiveness of the learning methods used. As an alternative option, the quantum teaching learning model can be applied to improve student learning outcomes. The research approach applied is a quantitative experimental design using the ABCD (Audience, Behavior, Conditions, and Degree) training model. Data collection methods used include observation, communication, document study, and measurement techniques. The tools used to collect data included observation guides/checklists, interview guides, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis was carried out by testing for normality and conducting a paired samples test. Based on the research results in the "paired samples test" output table, it was found that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the average difference between pre-test and post-test learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the use of the quantum teaching learning model influences improving learning outcomes

Technology for Treating Oily Wastewater Derived from Various Industries: A Review Paper

The increasing number of industrial sectors has resulted in more and more contaminated water and wastewater containing various harmful pollutants including oil compounds. Less treated or untreated oily wastewater could give a serious threat to both human health and environmental sustainability. Therefore, the appropriate treatment methods such as membrane filtration, coagulation/flocculation, biological treatment, adsorption, and relevant integrated methods have to be implemented well to enhance the quality of those wastewaters before they flow into the final disposal place. This effort will endorse the success of waste management and circular economy system by recycling unwanted industrial by-products including wastewater, so it can be reused for further productive purposes

AbstrakCommunity relations berpengaruh terhadap terbentuknya ruang komunikasi yang dapat mempererat hubungan, membangun kepercayaan dan mendapatkan dukungan antara cafe dan komunitas. Sebagai cafe ruang komunitas, Bober cafe bekerja sama dengan komunitas dalam mengembakan usahanya. Bober cafe melakukan beberapa cara dalam membangun relationship yang dapat mempererat hubungan dengan komunitas. Dengan adanya relationship antara Bober cafe dengan komunitas maka banyak kegiatan yang komunitas lakukan di Bober cafe yang dapat membuat komunitas tersebut berkembang dan tumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara Bober Cafe dalam membangun relationship dengan para komunitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Generasi Z Di Provinsi Jambi

Generasi Z merupakan generasi paling muda yang baru memasuki angkatan kerja dan mulai melepas ketergantungan finansial terhadap orang tuanya. Diperlukan perilaku keuangan yang baik untuk memasuki tahapan tersebut, karena sering kali individu yang berpendapatan cukup namun masih mengalami permasalahan dalam keuangan yang dipengaruhi oleh perilaku keuangan yang kurang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan generasi Z . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah sampling purposive. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 384 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner digital yaitu google form dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukakan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Perbedaan Efektivitas Video dan Flipbook Aktivitas Fisik Terhadap Pengetahuan Mahasiswa Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sumatera Utara

Latar Belakang. Aktivitas Fisik merupakan salah satu poin penting dari Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2017 mengenai suatu gerakan yang mendukung gaya hidup sehat di masyarakat yaitu Gerakan Masyarakat Sehat (GERMAS). Mahasiswa FKM USU memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik ringan yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 81,2%.  Salah satu hal memengaruhinya yaitu mahasiswa FKM USU jarang membaca informasi mengenai aktivitas fisik.Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas video dan flipbook aktivitas tentang fisik terhadap pengetahuan Mahasiswa FKM USU.Metode. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment Design dan desain penelitian Non-Equivalent Control Group Design.Hasil. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rerata pengetahuan pada kelompok media video dan flipbook. Diketahui nilai probabilitas kedua variabel tersebut <0,05 yang memiliki makna terdapat hubungan bermakna yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan responden. Nilai rerata pengetahuan responden yang diberi intervensi melalui media flipbook lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden yang diberi intervensi melalui media video.Kesimpulan. Media Flipbook lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan media video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap Mahasiswa FKM USU tentang aktivitas fisik. ABSTRACT   Bakground. Physical activity is one of the important points of the Presidential Instruction of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2017 regarding a movement that supports a healthy lifestyle in the community, namely Gerakan Masyarakat Sehat (GERMAS). USU's FKM students have a high level of light physical activity, which is 81.2%. One of the things that influenced him was that USU's FKM students rarely read information about physical activity.Aim. This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of videos and flipbooks about physical activity on the knowledge of USU FKM students. Method.  The research design used was a Quasi Experiment Design research design and a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design research design. Result. This study found that there were differences in the mean values of knowledge in the video and flipbook media groups. Whether or not the dependency value of the two variables is <0.05 which means there is a significant significant relationship to the respondent's knowledge. The mean value of knowledge of respondents who were given intervention through flipbook media was higher than respondents who were given intervention through video media.Conclusion. Flipbooks are more influential than video media on the knowledge and attitudes of USU FKM students regarding physical activity
